Locations
Let’s make it yours!
I will follow you anywhere!
These are some of my tried-and-true favourite spots around the city, places I know for beautiful, light-filled photos. But honestly? The best locations are the ones that mean something to you. I’m always up for discovering new places that feel special or unique to your family.
Think outside the box: your favourite ice cream shop, a walk around your neighbourhood, that quirky old motel with the coolest retro vibes, or even your own driveway with sprinklers going full blast. If it’s a place you love, it’s the perfect backdrop. Have a spot in mind? Let’s go!
Home
MORNING OR SUNSET
There’s something truly special about photographing your family right where life happens – at home. Whether it’s snuggling on the couch, playing in the kids’ rooms, baking together in the kitchen, or hanging out in the backyard, home sessions capture your family’s world exactly as it is right now.
The beauty of shooting at home? It’s comfortable, familiar, and meaningful. Kids are always more at ease in their own space, which means genuine smiles and natural moments. Plus, we get to tell your story in the place that holds so many memories—no need to pack up or worry about the weather. Your home, your people, your story.
Your Neighbourhood
MORNING OR SUNSET
Sometimes the best stories are told right outside your front door, around your home, and in your neighbourhood. We can start at home and move outside, or we can just explore outside – whether it’s tree-lined streets, a favourite local park, that little café or ice-cream shop on the corner, or just the familiar sidewalks you walk every day—gives your photos a natural, personal touch. It’s relaxed, meaningful, and full of the little details that make your family’s world yours.
Let’s explore the places that feel like home to you.
Let’s Dream Up Something Different
I’ll follow you just about anywhere—so if you have any fun, out-of-the-box ideas, tell me everything! I love getting creative and making your session truly one of a kind. Here are some playful ideas to spark your imagination—but honestly, the sky’s the limit. If you’ve got a fun or meaningful idea in mind, let’s make it happen.
- Sprinkler fun / kiddie pool playtime
- Puddle jumping in rain boots
- Beach (Oka, or any other beach you like)
- Running around with paper planes
- Painting inside or outdoors (big paper, finger paints—messy = magic)
- Washing the family car or playing with the hose
- Bringing out a vintage car, motorcycle, or cool bike
- Camping vibes—tent in the backyard or at a campsite, roasting marshmallows
- Flying kites on a windy day
- Roller skating or skateboarding at a local park
- Hanging out at an old-school diner or ice cream truck
- Wildflower picking in an open field
- Trampoline fun (if you’ve got one!)
Spots I haven’t shot at but look really great!
Kondiaronk Belvedere
sunrise
A gorgeous spot overlooking the city – shoots at this location only happen at sunrise (which is really early in the summertime!) the light is perfect and not too many people around at that early hour. We start at the lookout then go walk through the forest path for different looks. Dogs permitted.
Downtown Rooftop
Sunset or sunrise
This rooftop offers city views and a cool, fun vibe. The light here is gorgeous at golden hour, with the skyline all around for a totally different feel from the usual nature spots.
Parking is paid inside the building, or you can usually find street parking and walk up. Dogs permitted.
Laval Beach
Sunset
A beautiful and secluded spot by the water. Located in Fabreville near autoroute 13. Dogs permitted. Summer and Autumn only as it tends to flood in springtime.
Old Port
Morning or sunset
I love shooting here because it offers so much variety in a small area—romantic, urban, and natural all at once – plus, kids love the open space to explore, which makes for the best candid moments. Mornings are less crowded, we will start anytime before 9am. Dogs permitted.
Ste-Rose
Sunset
This gorgeous spot really doesn’t look like much when you arrive, but the tall grass photographs so beautifully! Dogs permitted.
Centennial Park
Sunset
A beautiful park in Montreal’s West End, Centennial is surrounded by greenery, trails, and wide-open spaces. It’s a great spot if you’re dreaming of nature-filled photos with lots of trees and room for kids to run and explore. Dogs permitted.
Mount-Royal Park
sunset
Beaver Lake is one of my favourite spots on Mount Royal, with beautiful light at sunset and a peaceful, nature-filled vibe. There’s a great mix of open spaces, trees, and water, all in one spot. Paid parking is available nearby, and dogs are welcome too!
Parc Andre Cote (South Shore)
Sunset
A gorgeous park in the South Shore, with lot of different backgrounds to shoot against.
Westmount Park
MORNING OR Sunset
A beautiful, tree-filled park. Because it’s so covered by trees, it’s a good option for morning sessions—perfect if you don’t want to keep the kids up late for golden hour. Just a heads-up: with all that lush shade, the photos here tend to have a very green, nature-filled vibe.
Point Claire Village
sunset
Pointe-Claire Village is full of small-town charm with a gorgeous mix of old stone buildings, shops, and a beautiful waterfront close by. It offers a cozy, relaxed vibe—perfect for wandering, exploring, and capturing sweet, natural moments.
Mile End
morning or Sunset
Mile End is pure Montreal magic – full of charm, character, and those little details that make this city so special. Picture classic outdoor spiral staircases, quirky alleyways, murals tucked into every corner, and old brick houses with that unmistakable Montreal feel. It’s the perfect spot if you’re after a mix Montreal vibes and a very cool urban feel.
Pavillon de la Biodiversité (South Shore)
Sunset
A gorgeous nature spot with wildflowers, tall grasses, boardwalks, and peaceful wooded trails. This location has beautiful light and so much natural variety, making it perfect for relaxed, outdoorsy photos.
